We offer free delivery across the UK on all orders.

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your payment.

UK deliveries typically take 2–4 working days from dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. UK customers have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order. If you change your mind within this period, you can return unused items for a full refund.

We also offer an extended 30-day money-back guarantee for returns beyond the statutory 14 days. Returns within this extended period are accepted if items are unused and in their original condition.

How to Return an Item

Complete the return form provided with your order.

Send the item to the return address supplied via email.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. For items valued over £50, we recommend using a tracked return method.

Exchanges
You can exchange your item for a different size or color of the same style. Exchanges for a different product are not permitted. To purchase a different product, return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
