Under UK law, customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order for any reason. During this period, you can return unused items for a full refund, including the cost of standard delivery.

We also offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for returns beyond the statutory 14 days. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return postage for extended returns is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

You can exchange your item for a different size or color of the same style. Exchanges for a different product are not permitted.

If you wish to purchase a different product, return your original item in its original condition for a refund and place a new order.

No fees are applied for faulty or incorrect items.

To return an item:

Send the item to the return address provided by email.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method for items valued over £50.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
